YOSEMITE

Land of waterfalls, valleys, mountains, lakes, groves and meadows - Yosemite is often called the most beautiful landscape in the world.

The eight mile long Yosemite valley has the highest concentration of waterfalls on our planet along with a number of massive granite cliffs like El Capitan and Half dome that give this valley its unique shape. The crystal clear waters of Merced river and its lush green meadows add to its beauty.

No wonder Yosemite is the most photographed landscape in the world. Nestled in the Sierra mountain range, Yosemite valley is undoubtedly a photographer's paradise. I have not seen such a high concentration of enthusiastic photographers anywhere else. Yosemite was made world famous by the legendary photographer Ansel Adams through his pioneering work in black and white photography. He has been a great source of inspiration for me.
